Good morning, friends! I’m so excited to share these Ebell Long Beach wedding photos with you! I have to start by saying the only thing I love equally with the desert is the city. Give me a desert engagement session or wedding or a city engagement session or wedding and I am one happy, happy photographer! Like I mentioned last week there’s something magical about the desert with the wide open spaces. There’s something equally magical about the city. And the really nice thing about the city is I live in it! There’s no shortage of brick walls, alleyways or busy streets use as the background for a shoot. I LOVE the industrial look especially when it’s made glamorous by a wedding.
This Ebell Long Beach Wedding did not disappoint.
The Ebell Long Beach was built in 1924 but reopened about a year ago completely restored by the owners of one of my favorite Downtown Los Angeles venues the Carondelet House the restoration is absolutely beautiful. Skylights illuminate the main room and the decor is everything I’ve ever wanted in my life. Don’t even get me started on the tile floor! 😉
Mindy & Ryan’s wedding day could not have been more perfect. In addition to the beautiful venue Mindy wore a Maggie Sottero dress, the florals were all done by Inessa Nichols Designs and Brynne at Event28 made sure the day was flawless. These two opted to have a first look before their ceremony which was perfect for their fall wedding because of the early sunset time. We were able to get all of the formal portraits out of the way before the ceremony so Mindy & Ryan were able to join cocktail hour with their guests.
Thanks for making your way to my little corner of the internet I love being able to share my life with all of you.
