My senior year in high school Zoran and I shared a locker. It was much more like, me and a few of our mutual [girl] friends forced Zoran in to giving up his combination because his locker was the most centrally located to all of our classes. So, I suppose a more accurate statement would be: a bunch of girls took over Zoran’s locker my senior year of high school. I always look on that year very fondly, somewhere between putting up shelves and mirrors, adopting pet foil balls and developing an amazing book organization system, Zoran became like a little brother to me. And, 6 years after graduation I still feel that way.

I’m very happy to say that since our locker sharing days Annie has come in to his life. Well, I suppose she was always there, since we all kind of grew up together, but she now fills the role of awesome-girlfriend-extraordinaire. I couldn’t be happier for them. ♥

When Zoran texted me and said he wanted to schedule a mini session for the two of them I was SUPER excited! They’ve been in front of my camera before, but it was literally years ago. The day of the session it poured rain, so I thought we were going to have to reschedule, but the sun came out all pretty and we had amaaaaazing light for their session! But, before you look at the photos I have to say, this is NOT an engagement session. ;]

Zoran was being really awkward in front of the camera so I had to punch him in the middle of the shoot to make him shape up. That’s what sisters do right? 😀 Poor Annie.
