I have many favorite parts of a wedding day, but one of my absolute favorite parts is listening to the wedding toasts at the reception. It may not be as exciting as photographing the bridal portraits, or wedding details… oh how I swoon for cute wedding details! ;] But, I love listening to the toasts. When a bridesmaid tears up because she’s so excited for the bride or a groomsman completely roasts the groom, it’s like getting to know my clients on an even more personal level. I love it! Ana & Fredo’s wedding toasts did not disappoint! But, this time, everything that was said, I knew from the moment I met them. These two are amazing, not only do they love each other but their genuine love for others is evident. I’ve said it so many times before, but I’ll say it again, I have truly been blessed to work with some amazing couples this year.

Because they decided to see each other before the ceremony we had plenty of time set aside for their portraits before the ceremony.

I’ll end with a very sweet photo of Fredo’s grandmother, she wanted to say a few words to the couple after the toasts. She’d just gotten out of the hospital a few days before the wedding, and I know Fredo and Ana are going to cherish the words she said to them for many years to come.
