Lunch in Elora: Elora Ontario Lifestyle Photographer

personal

Yesterday my friend, Jennie, updated her Facebook status about field tomatoes and summer and in 2 sentences I missed Canada. I missed the back deck that over looks Jennie’s “farm”, the rope swing and the trampoline, the ready bug spray and allergy pills, the basements, the laughing… I don’t even like tomatoes!

I can’t believe it’s been a month since Canada.

So, since I’m missing these days I decided to share another one of our Canadian adventures with you. When we started planning our trip the very top “Must Do” thing on our list was have lunch in Elora. It’s a cute little town on the Grand River that has a population about the size of my high school and I’ve been hearing about it’s amazingness since 2009. On Tuesday, the day before our last day in Ontario, we wandered the streets and had lunch in Elora.

Favorite.

I think it was about this time that the American’s started *terribly* missing American Zoe… so we hoped/forced Canadian Zoe into loving us. ;]

This next picture right here… pretty much all it takes for my heart to skip a beat. ♥

The Grand River.

Our goal was to take a group picture about every 2.5 minutes, it was *very* hot and humid so we ended up with maybe 3.

Hot and humid? Of course we ended with ice cream in Fergus.
