On Wednesday Alexis called me. “Hey, can you come back and watch Zoe for a few minutes until Steven comes home? I have to run to church.” Of course. So I walked down the driveway, in my pjs, to go spend some quality time with my baby girl.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to be an on-call babysitter because, I haven’t been home in like, 3 weeks. [literally!] So I thoroughly enjoyed laying on the floor eating multi-grain cheerios, throwing her up in the air until she couldn’t stop giggling, and watching her walk around the couch and only hang on with one arm. Then we went outside to sit on the grass. How did she get so big?

This coming Sunday she’ll be 10 months old. In 2 short months I’ll be photographing her cake smash and her 1st birthday. How did this happen?! I have to admit though, I’m so loving this stage she’s in, she’s so fun and animated AND she’s gotten all super snuggly.

I love this baby.
