Hollywood Wedding at Madera Kitchen // I just want everyone to be proud of me because I think I’ve blogged more in the last 3 months than I have in the last maybe 2 years. There’s a possibility that’s an exaggeration. But there’s also a possibility that it’s complete fact. Haha! So let’s just take a moment to be proud of me. 😉

Last time I posted you got to see some oh-so-exciting photos from my trip to Arizona. Now I’m back in LA and have an awesome Hollywood wedding to share with you!

Allison & Jimmy started their day at Mama Shelter. I love it there! It’s the perfect place to get ready if you’re having your wedding at Madera Kitchen!  The rooms are open and have great natural light– which is this [and probably every] photographers dream. Plus they have the added bonus of an epic rooftop bar that’s perfect for photos! Clearly, since Allison & Jimmy decided to do their first look on the rooftop. Total dream.

My favorite part about photographing weddings at Madera Kitchen is the easy access to the street. Having the couple or the bridal party do a quick loop around the crosswalk on Franklin Ave and Cahuenga Blvd gives that city vibe I love so much for your wedding photos. Allison & Jimmy had a few extra minutes to spare before their ceremony so while their guests were being seated we made that quick walk and it was my favorite part of the day! The sun was setting and their party was just about to start and they got to take a few minutes alone together.

I hope you love this Hollywood wedding as much as I do!
